You Are a Retrospective Soul

Finally, after ages of doubting myself if I am capable of making a list of resolutions, I submit myself to this. I have come up with my own New Years Resolution. And yes, I’m planning and hopping to fulfill 100% of it. My friends tell me that I'm a very determined and decisive person. When I aspire for something and really put my heart into it, the results are superb. I just hope that they did not judge me wrong. So here goes nothing.

1. Lose weight and shape up. (Gosh, every time I look in the mirror would like to scream. I look disgusting. I used to not have a bulging tummy and loads of flabs at my side. I kept on ignoring my inflating weight for some time but now, I’m determined to lose as much of it as possible to regain my self esteem.)
a. Enroll in Fitness First (Don’t forget to treat your personal trainer, your good friend Henry)
b. Eat less pasta, rice and pizza!
c. Less trips to KFC for lunch
d. No to gravy
e. No to carbonated drinks
f. Play badminton regularly
g. Replace Smokeys German Wrap with Sky Flakes

2. Get as much rest as possible. (Have a minimum of 7 hours of sleep. It has not only been proven to make skin more radiant, I has also been discovered that I helps you reduce the chanced of over eating and gaining weight.)

3. Save money! (Keep at least P2,000 from your pay check. I need to save money for graduate school.)
a. Bear the burden of commuting.
b. Less trips to Starbucks and Coffee Bean and Tea Leaf
c. Call and Text when necessary (hehehe)
d. Stay away from Greenbelt restos during dates
e. Stay away from Greenbelt 3 cinema
f. Stay away from Going Straight for haircuts (I doubt)

4. Stay away from committed men. (I don’t know but I think I have this aura that attracts men who already are in committed relationships. It has never gotten me into trouble, but hell would I have to wait for one? I don’t want Saving All My Love for You to be the song of my life.)

5. Keep my journal updated. (Hehehe!)

These are only five things I intend to accomplish and I’m giving myself a maximum of 3 months to complete all 5 of them. After 3 months I’ll come up with a new list. Hopefully I wouldn’t be seeing these entries there.
